Would you like to deepen your Yin yoga knowledge?
Our Yin Yoga course is an inspiring Yoga Teacher Training in which we dive into the depths of a week and teach you all about the healing power of Yin yoga. You will learn how to guide others with Yin yoga and also how to get the most out of this fine form of yoga yourself.
During our Yin course we give you a good basis to teach. We will dive into the history, discuss the philosophy, you will learn all about the meridians, about energy and we will also pay a lot of attention to anatomy. Both of the physical body and of the energetic body.
We discuss the Yin poses, the use of props, difference in bodies, making lessons and much more.
This course is suitable for both existing and upcoming yoga teachers who want to broaden their knowledge. But this course is not only aimed at teachers. It is an interesting course for anyone who would like to know more about Yin yoga.
